| A. | No charge if cancelled 48 hours before arrival date. Make sure to get CANCELLATION NUMBER by dialing (540) 586-8182. Cancellation 48 hours after arrival date will be charged 1 day daily rate plus tax. |

| A. | With advance reservation and confirmation number your room is guaranteed. |
| Q. | If we check in at 3:00 AM can we stay until 3:00 AM next day? |
| A. | Check in time is from 12:00 noon to anytime at night, but check out will have to be by 11:00 AM. |
| Q. | Do you have truck or RV parking? |
| A. | Yes, both truck and RV parking is available. |
| Q. | If we request a Non-Smoking Room will we get one? |
| A. | We always try to accommodate every guest request, however if no Non-smoking rooms are available we do treat all rooms for smoke and most often it is to everyones satisfaction. |
| Q. | Do you have rooms with a kitchenette? |
| A. | All the rooms have a microwave and a fridge. A cook out grill is available upon request. |
| Q. | How many months in advance can rooms be booked? |
| A. | We take reservations up to 2 months in advance. |
